Directions: Apply a small amount of oil to hair prior to blow drying or using flat iron.  Style hair as usual.  Oil can also be heated and used for a hot oil treatment. Massage oil through hair and scalp and cover with plastic shower cap.  Within 2 weeks of using will notice less breakage.
